We are seeking candidates to the position of Invoice to Pay, SAP support team member to ensure continuous higher efficiency, compliance, and maximum quality and standard of applications in the SAP invoice to pay processes.

- Support the usage of the system - deliver first level support and system administration
- Handle all incoming calls/e-mails from the business end users in relation to SAP I2P and Vendor Invoice Management.
- Assist end-users with general use and navigation queries.
- Support the development of the system - implement developments and provide testing support to SAP I2P solution and Vendor Invoice Management
- Ensure proper usage of the system and resolve ongoing issues
- Support I2P system applications
- Manage SAP soft-configuration data tables and coordinate master data changes
- College or university degree
- Experience in system support is a must
- Fluency in English is a must and German language knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus
- Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
- Analytical capability, good IT skills
- Experience and knowledge of SAP desirable, but initial training will be offered for this position
