Our client, a multinational telecommunication company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Lead.
-Coordinate a small infrastructure support team and processes -Take part in system operation -Achieve organisational objectives and financial performance -Carry out impact analysis and risk assessment -Interface with supplier technical areas to aid resolution -Identify opportunities for automation to reduce cost or reduce error rates -Provide a range of Network/IT tools/systems reporting to ensure that agreed levels are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis
-At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure support position, several years as Lead -Experience in network administration -Experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint package -Experience with network management and monitoring tools -Presentation Skills -Understanding and use of analytical tools, techniques and behaviours -Good command of English (written and spoken) -Capability to recognise risks and guide actions to raise and avoid risks -ITIL Foundation is an advantage -Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher level certificate in an advantage
