We are looking for a HR Generalist for one of our heavily expanding international client in Budapest.
-Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: Recruitment, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Administration,
-Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business, cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network,
-Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures relative to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment,
-Cooperation with business partners to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital,
-Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talents through strict performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback.
-Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred,
-English language proficiency,
-At least 3+ years experience in a similar position,
-A strong understanding of HR Services and process architectures in large companies is desirable,
-Sharp motivational and influencing skills,
-Skilled and able to work at all levels in the organization,
-Exceptional client relationship building,
-Ability to see the ‘big picture’ and dive into the smallest detail if required,
-Strong customer, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication.
