HR Administrator with German language knowledge
HR Administrator with German language knowledge job is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the pharma sector and has a Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to successfully manage the employee information in the EMEA region.

As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for accurately manage the employee data in the ERP system and make sure that all the data are accurate and in line with the given SLAs. You will support recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding administration processes, help out by the payroll calculation and administration, and keep the contact regularly with the external payroll service provider. You will prepare and change employee documents (eg. contract) and run ad hoc HR related reports.

In order to fulfill this position, you need to have a college or university degree, speak English and German fluently and be able to handle the monotonous work. Reliability, strong attention to details and precise work habit are also required.
