We are looking for a hard-working, motivated young person as a Hire-to-Retire Payroll Associate to one of our leading multinational partner.
- Process daily and monthly payroll data entry into SAP - Manage time and attendance related transactions - Calculate with paternal, maternity, sickness leave and related duties based on legal requirements - Execution of terminations comply with legal and business requirements - Keeping business partners up-to-date about Legal Changes and test its implementation - Contact with local HR teams, Time Administrator and IT consultants continously - Record retention to office of record for Payroll, General Ledger and Tax processes - Social insurance related reporting and reconciliation of monthly and yearly tax - Creating annual tax declaration for employees - Run interfaces after each payroll in relation with Balancing, Reconciliating and General Ledger - Providing report in all respect of individuals’ gross to net
- Min 2 years relevant experience in payroll processing - To be able to see-through the whole payroll process from hiring until retirement - Overall understanding of payroll implication regarding the posting to accounting - Fluent English (advanced level) - Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or HR is an advantage - Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge - Analytical thinking - Ability work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proactive and customer-focused attitude - Experience in a multination working environment - Specialisation in Social Insurance and Payroll administration is an advantage - Additional language skill (like Danish or Polish) is a benefit - SAP, HR knowledge is prefered
