Our client is a global outsourced service provider entirely focusing on customer service, credit management solutions, technical support, customer acquisition and retention. They are looking for a professional in the position.
German speaking Customer Support Specialist
Provide support and service to customers and handle incoming queries
Manage customer issues
Diagnose the problem and provide a path to resolving inquiries
Give guidance and information
Resolve all customers complaints and prevent reoccurrence
Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues
Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience
Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.
Responsible for data entry and administration
College/ university degree is preferred
Fluent GERMAN language knowledge and stable English is highly preferred
Strong MS Office knowledge
Able to work shift work if required
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
Organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
