- Provide support over the telephone, online and via e-mail to the clients
- Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and follow up calls until client functionality has been restored.
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Participate in training to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
- Fluent in English
- Native or close to native fluency in German
- Customer focused, self motivated and able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
- Ability to multi-task, adapt rapidly to constant change in processes and technology.
- Ability to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company
