French Speaking General Ledger Accountant.

Our client is looking for an Accountant who will perform specific accounting transactions in connection with client’s business activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Vendor maintenance inSAP
• Invoice processing
• T&E Processing
• Payment run check
• Run reports fromSAP
• CompareSAPdata with bank statement data, identifying the differences
• Prepare reconciliation statement
• Get your numbers and accounts validated by Local Business Unit
• Post the entry inSAPwith correct Credit/Debit indicator
• Get your numbers and accounts validated by Local Business Unit
• required to act as backup for the accountants in charge of the same local business unit
• journal entry postings, reconciliations and intercompany postings

Requirements:

• Degrees: University or College degree in the fields of Finance or Economics
• IT skills: User level knowledge of MS Office
• Prior experience in General Ledger position
• Confident knowledge of English and French

Advantages:

• Experience in multinational environment in Accounting field
• E2 level knowledge of Italian or Spanish or Italian

• User level knowledge of Lotus Notes,SAPand other MS Applications
