Our multinational client is a leading global provider of mobility solutions being present in Hungary with a business support center providing different types of business support services.
We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Care Specialist for the following tasks:
- Managing the relationship with customers, partners and rental stations.
- Post rental complaint and question handling received from customers (renters) on phone and in writing.
- Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data.
- Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes.
- Min. high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
- Advanced French and at least intermediate English language knowledge (verbal, written)
- Experience in customer service in Shared Service environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Ability to use all Microsoft office packages, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Flexibility and adaptability
