Description of position:
As a Technical Support Representative you will:
— Provide support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices.
— Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
— Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer.
— Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs.
— Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners in French OR German language.
Requirements, skills:
— Fluency in French OR German
— Fluent English knowledge is a must
— Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
— Previous experience in customer support is a strong advantage
— High School Diploma/GED
