For our multinational partner we are looking for a
French GL Accounting Team Leader
A global Shared Service Center (SSC) of a multinational company.
- Ensure booking (GL, bank), reconciliating and reporting processes
- Checking GL submitting and reconciliations
- Coordinating and supervising month, quarter and year end close activities
- Making variance analysis, statutory accounts, override schedule and payment, etc.
- Making reports: KPI, monthly licensee reports, daily bank balance report, treasury report, etc.
- Tracking IT projects and process improvements, ensuring IT orders being in line with invoices
- Ensure resource allocation to work
- Supervising the work of the team
- Continuously checking the performance of the colleagues
- Supporting process transfers and recruitment process
- Takes part in the training of new joiners
- Making and maintaining good partnership with the partner countries
- College or university degree in Economics or Accounting
- Fluency in French and intermediate English knowledge
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Center
- People management experience is an advantage
- At least 1,5 years experience in accounting role
- Client and goal-oriented approach
