This office serves the business interests, both wholly owned and other equity investments, of an international family. One global consulting business dominates this activity so knowledge of professional services is a clear advantage. Whilst the team of 6-8 is based in Budapest the work is not locally orientated and this “ back office “ handles commercial and financial activity throughout the world.
Your tasks would include issuing sales invoices, maintain sales daybook, thoroughly follow through contracting processes, tendering suppliers. You would be the first contact to employees in relation to obtaining and reconciling expense reports and other HR matters. Liaison with clients, banks, lawyers following through processes will be essential in this position. You would handle supplier invoices and daybooks, obtain approvals and inititate payments.
You would have considerable experience of working in an Anglo Saxon working environment, with high level written and spoken English. Other languages including French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese may be an advantage but not essential.
Attitude will be the hallmark of this role. High degree of precision, being able to solve problems independently, prioritizing and ability to understand is a must. You need to have a 'can do' attitude. Culturally and temperamentally you will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, whilst taking accountability for the highest standards of detail and quality.
