| Duties: |
|
Acting as responsible engineering for failure analysis of the printed circuit board assemblies, by below daily activities performed:
• Independently performs analysis of failing PCBA to isolate the root causes • Reviews and interprets the history of the failures focusing improvement possibilities in system or subsystem test processes
• Generates and presents regular and ad-hoc reports for management or other functions
• Daily Interfaces with multi-discipline teams including manufacturing, development, test, quality, and product field engineering
• Identifies the top detractors in manufacturing processes and defines containment and corrective actions
• Follows up the results and effectiveness of containment and corrective actions set
• Develops/Implements statistical methods for maverick lot identification
• Develops standard methods for Failure Analysis |

| Requirements, skills: |
|
Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 1 year experience in PCBA architecture and technology
• At least 1 year experience in Unix or Linux scripting (Perl, Expect, Kermit, KSH, ...)
Preferred
• Master's Degree
• At least 6 months experience in PCBA testing (SMT,ICT/FVT/5DX/AOI) or design
• At least 6 months experience in Lean 6 Sigma experience, SPC, FMEA,
• At least 6 months experience in DFM
• At least 6 months experience in System testing
• At least 6 months experience in C, HTML, SQL or other programming language
• At least 6 months experience in OEM/OCM process experiences
• Certified in IPC 610D/E, 600, J-STD-00x or equivalent certificates |
