Our multinational partner in Kecskemét is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO WITH SLOVAK/CZECH LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE for the following tasks:

- Function as liaison among the office of the CEO, Executive Board, Business Unit Heads and Board of Directors
- Manage CEO's schedule with attention to desired priorities of the Executives
Maintain calendars - Arrange internal and external meetings, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics
- Provide telephone coverage – answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
- Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, off-site meeting venues
- Prepares and distributes all material for board meetings, including collecting and editing material provided by others
- Prepare, proof read and edit all outgoing correspondence
- Responsible for keeping all corporate documents including charters, laws and board meetings minutes
- Liaising with executive team, marketing and PR dept, external industry partners
- Develop and prepares presentations and communication materials as needed
- Arrange special meeting facilities (e.g. food, PC projector, etc.); send meeting confirmation emails; prepare and distribute meeting materials

- Slovak or Czech must
- English advantage
- 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- University degree advantage
- User of variety of business software applications; word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and calendar/contact management systems
