The Enterprise Architect team is responsible for the business strategy in the enterprise's processes and systems. The Enterprise Architect team leads the effort and thought leadership to develop, maintain, govern, and evolve the enterprise architecture for the Firm. This team establishes the Firmwide strategy for the enterprise architecture; manages its development and governance; and facilitates the changes required by the Firm to use enterprise architecture to gain the maximum value for the business while minimising disruptive impacts
About the role
The role holder will help define the strategy of the Firm's enterprise architecture and for driving its execution through working closely with portfolio architects and project architects roles. They will have a depth and breadth of expertise in enterprise architecture design and system development to provide the strategic vision and thought leadership to support the Chief Enterprise Architect 's responsibility to maximise the value of the enterprise's processes and systems.

Responsibilties will include;

• Use depth and breath of enterprise architecture expertise to define the enterprise architecture strategy and drive its execution/development to address the enterprise's processes and systems • Provides thought leadership of the enterprise architecture for the Firm and all of its IT functions to support the vision of the CEA • Responsible for the enterprise architecture effort for the Firm's IT-related functions. • Responsible developing the strategic infrastructure and application architecture. • Works with Firm leadership to define the enterprise architecture strategy that allows the enterprise to adapt to changing business demands. The enterprise architecture strategy impacts all processes and systems used by the Firm. • Links the strategic efforts of the Enterprise Architecture team and IT with the goal of delivering holistic business solutions. • Works collaboratively with the Portfolio Architects who perform the roles of advocate, mentor and coach of the Enterprise architecture programs within the application portfolios. • Works with the CEA to define the strategy to maximise business value through its integration of processes and systems across all functions of the Firm. • Is responsible to the CEA for the strategic initiatives required to evolve the enterprise architecture for the Firm to meet the business objectives for the long term
Requirements


• Extensive experience in the delivery or guiding delivery of work in the areas of Enterprise Architecture • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and implementations. • Thorough understanding and/or experience of working in a professional services organisation.. • Experience of developing and maintaining business and IT roadmaps . • Experience of developing, maintaining and participating in IT Governance processes . . • Demonstrated extensive experience in using defined process improvement methodologies and processes -
