Visteon Hungary Ltd., part of Visteon Corporation, which is among the largest global full-service automotive parts suppliers is seeking to recruit for the following position at its vehicle parts manufacturing plant in Székesfehérvár.

Electrical Component Engineer

Job purpose: To optimise climate systems and related components in vehicles

Main Job Responsibilities:

Sole responsibility and accountability for planning, development, documentation and releasing of optimised electrical components [control module, blower motor, electrical heater, actuators, sensors, wiring etc.] according internal and customer specific quality standards as well as cost targets

Definition and realisation of interfaces of HVAC to various connected electrical systems of the vehicle platforms [ incl. CAN-, LIN-Bus etc.]

Monitoring of agreed development targets in regard to timing, functionality, amongst others by system validation internally or with suppliers and customers [FMEA, bench-, systems- and vehicle tests]

Active support of Electrical Subsystem Engineers for climate systems in development until SOP of the platform vehicles

Change management during production period

Generate and process improvement and cost reduction proposals

Requirements:

Engineering Degree FH / TH (Bachelor / Master)

3 years experience in automotive industry, esp. in the fields of electrics / electronics

Experience in use of electronic simulation and analysis tools as well as EMC compatible design

Awareness of surrounding mechanical components and interfaces as well as related HW and SW

Professional skills in established standard office SW (MS Office Pack etc.)

Language skills: German and English business fluent
