|Description of position:
||Manage the deployment of Learning Events for client employees throughout Europe
||Education Managers will manage the deployment of Learning Events for client employees throughout Europe.
Each Education manager will be aligned to a specific business segment and have responsibility for coordinating with others in the business who manage education planning for the business segment.
Education Managers will develop & manage relationships with business stakeholders, tutors, event managers & learners & others involved in executing the successful delivery of a learning event.
At least 1 year experience in Leadership/Management
Proven experience of leadership and/or management is essential
Experience in administrative tasks is essential
Experience in systems & processes is essential
Experience of working within international teams is desirable, including virtual environment
Willingness to work flexible hours is important
Technical know-how & qualifications (e.g. languages; PC skills):
Fluent written & spoken English • Additional languages highly preferable
Interest & ability in the application of information technology
Ability to type fast & accurately
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel expertise is required)
Proficiency in Lotus Notes applications is desirable
Broad understanding of Education Delivery
