Our client is a multinational continously growing company in IT/Telecommunication sector, for which we look for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative.
• Answer incoming customer and cross functional contacts
• Provide support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
• Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and follow up calls until client functionality has been restored.
• Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
• Creation of customer documents and notification
• Resolve all customers complaints to the customer satisfaction and to proactively seek to identify root cause and prevent reoccurrence
• Fluent in English
• Native or close to native fluency in Dutch
• Customer focused, self motivated and able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
• Ability to multi-task, adapt rapidly to constant change in processes and technology. Proficient in the use of MS Office
