Tasks:
- Managing a 15-30 member service providing team
- Responsible for assessment
- Supporting team members in defining career plans and opportunities within the company
- Regular reporting
- Motivate, encourage and support team members in order to establish a coherent, co-operating and effective team

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position gained in service providing sector
- University or college degree
- Good organisational skills, ability to build relationships easily
- Strategic, analytical way of thinking
