Czech speaking Customer Service Assistant


Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming orders
• Follow up of the orders and backorders
• Keep daily contact with sales representatives, sales manager, customers and warehouse
• Create, update and follow up information on item numbers and prices in the system

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service (experience in international environment is an advantage)
• Fluent Czech language knowledge
• English or Polish as second language
• Advanced computer skills
• Customer focused
• Able to work independent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and keen to learn and develop
