We have an open vacancy for the following position in Tiszaújváros:

Customs and Forwarding Manager

Essential duties & responsibilities:

• Cooordinate delivery & supply of rawmaterial, finished products, machines, etc. the schedules and related customs clearance
• Continuously develop system tracking consignments & customs clearance
• Motivate employees and develop their skills
• Generate reports related to forwarding and customs teams
• Contact traffic carriers for supply & delivery organization and flexible management
• Participate in price negotiations with carriers. Make proposal to Supply Chain Manager for defining more effective and economical fright methods. Participate in defining frame contracts to sign by carriers
• Contact National Tax and Customs Administration, third party invloved in customs clearance and represent the interests of the company

Essential skills & abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or foreign trade
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Minimum one-year related experience of leadership
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluent English
• Good problem solving skills
• Accuracy
• Flexibility
• Good communication skills
