| Duties: |
|
• As a Technical Support Representative you will Provide technical support and customer service to customers, log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures
• As a HR Contact Center Representative, you'll work with client HR teams from countries around the world to help resolve important issues related to employee concerns and queries.
• The Learning Representative supports European countries and should be fluent in the language of the supported country and speak English at least on upper-intermediate level.
• The Bid Support Specialist provides bid management, proposal development, assists and supports all recognized bid and/or proposal management activities. |

| Requirements, skills: |

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Customer service skills
• Fluent English knowledge is a must
