Customer Service Supervisor

For one of our multinational clients we are looking for a
Customer Service Supervisor



  • Managing team leaders and customer service agents
  • Quarterly evaluation of team leaders and team members
  • Conducting 1 on 1 and group meetings on a regular basis
  • Understanding the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant team and internal processes
  • Being in regular contact with the client, providing weekly reports
  • Deliver service by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday, training and sickness cover
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of customer service teams
  • Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
  • Develop, achieve and monitor KPIs aligned to the Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with other team departments to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt


  • University or College degree
  • Fluency in English plus German / French / Italian
  • At least 3 years of people management experience in customer service
  • Experience in leading a team of 10+ members
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • High Level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages
