We are looking for an English Speaking Customer Service Representative for our multinational client operating in the automotive sector.
- Handling customer complaints - Preparing and modifying bids and contracts - Monitoring credit limits, initiating contract amendments - Maintain a good relationship with the clients - Database administration - Cooperation with other departments
- Fluent English knowledge - 1-2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, order management or in similar position - Proactive, customer-oriented attitude - Good team player - Ability to handle stress - Good analytic skills - Preciseness - Excellent problem-solving skills - Financial degree and experience in the automotive sector is a plus
