Customer Relationship Officer

An international financial institution with a representation office in Budapest is seeking for a new colleague:

 Customer Relationship Officer

 The candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

• Performing basic clerical duties, which is a combination of administrative work and banking tasks
• Recording customers' applications in database
• Maintaining customers' files
• Keeping close contact with Sales and Compliance Departments
• Giving service to clients

Requirements:

• graduation preferably in finance but it is not a must
• fluency in  English AND Slovak AND Czech languages
• advanced knowledge of MS Office
• ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• proactivity
• accuracy
