Customer Quality Engineer

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking for candidates for the following position: Customer Quality Engineer

Feladatok:

- Reporting about quality status - quality indicators (complaints, components and products)
- Member of change committee and product release committee
- Root cause analysis
– secure effective analysis of assembly complaints and improvement actions implementation
- Complaint handling
- Contact with customer, service, visits at installation place, decision about rightness of complaints, CRS data base loading
- Implement and maintain Safe launch program and other initiatives
- Performance Review
- Driving product process improvements
- Communication to the vendor
- Work according the integrated management system policy, manual and procedures

Elvárások:

- Recognised Degree in an engineering
- 2-3 years experience
- Experience/knowledge in improvement processes, and analytical skills
- Inter-personal and communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- English language (spoken and written)
