We are looking for committed candidates to support and carry out of all the activities in connection with customer support for all the allocated clients, in conformity with the procedures as set within LeasePlan, in order to make a contribution to the optimal client satisfaction, turnover and profitability.
-Support the Account Manager in reaching the target set and to build up and maintain a profitable personal business relation with clients, active client management
.Ensure all aspects of administration that are completed and dealt with promptly and efficiently
-Handle the quotes, proposals and recalculations for the clients
- Answer questions about invoices to clients (invoice complaints)
-Prepare fleet reports to clients
-Daily cooperation with other departments
-Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from and to customer
-Fluent English (written and spoken)
-Sound computer (PC) knowledge (Excel,Word)
