- Confirm/deny responsibility for taking charge of the incident/problem
- Incident/problem classification and logging
- Solve Incident/problem
- Group incidents with same error pattern or other similar characteristics
- Provide 2nd level problem determination, help to solve incidents and problems
- In case of not solving by them self, provide problem description and dispatches an incident/problem
- University degree in Informatics
- Experience in IT operations or softver development
- Oracle Siebel or other CRM experience
- Fluent English
- MS Office knowledge
- ITIL knowledge
