Collection Specialist

Our Client is a multinational company that is currently looking for a Collection Specialist to their Budapest SSC.

Feladatok:

- Coordination of tasks in Collection / Dunning
- Execute the dunning process and prepare customer letters in general
- Cooperation with sales team
- Maintain customer accounts and vendor master data records
- Pulling credit reports and suggest credit limits
- Settlement of debt collections

Elvárások:

- College or University degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer focused role
- Fluent German AND active English knowledge
- Shared Service Centre experience
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Team player approach, pro-active attitude
