Cognos specialist (Business Analyst)

Our partner is a world leading multinational company. With its highly qualified and multilingual staff, the company provides back-office and call-center services in 19 different languages on the fields of HR, Finance, Procurement or IT. Successful candidates will be the main point of contact for employees, professionals and managers from around Europe. They might be asked for assistance over the phone, via email, or through the internet-based chat programs.

• This      role will develop, test, deploy and maintain Finance Cognos reports for      use by Finance and Accounting users World-wide.
• They      will analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations on      technical solutions utilizing the Cognos BI suite of products.
• They      will also provide end user support and education to report users located      throughout client’s Finance.
• They      will work as part of a team of report developers and will also be required      to participate in project work as required.
• Ideally a candidate would have experience with Cognos BI report development but education can be provided on the tools as long as they have some financial or accounting knowledge and experience in reporting on some platform

• Bachelor's      Degree
• At      least 6 months experience in Cognos BI
• At      least 1 year experience in BRIO / QMF / DB2 Query tools
• English:      Fluent
