Business Process Expert

Responsibilities:

• Provide active help to operations teams to improve the quality levels of the different service processes
• Identify, coordinate and implement process improvement projects and initiatives
• Driving and mentoring several Lean Six Sigma projects at different phases (such as DMAIC, BPMS, DFSS)
• Deliver Quality trainings (Quality overview for New Hires, Lean, Process mapping, etc.)
• Facilitating brainstorming sessions, meetings and reviews
• Gather, classify and organise the sharing and implementation of best practices within the organisation
• Participate in customer satisfaction campaign
• Cooperate with customers in new process/product transitions
• Reporting activities

Requirements:

• College or university degree in Business or related field
• Strong intermediate level of English
• At least 1 year experience in relevant area
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Quality methodologies
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
