Billing specialist

Responsibilities:                     

• BSCS billing system operation on application level
• Daily operative tasks (incident management, change management)
• Be prepared for developing tasks
• Take part in process optimalization
• Get deep knowledge of functions of billing system

Requirements:

• College or university degree
• Minimum medium German and English knowledge
• Knowledge of billing systems
• Some years experience in development/testing or operation of billing systems
• Experience in Oracle database (SQL) ; Unix (Solaris); Script languages (BASH, PERL, stb.)
• Willingness to travel (Vienna)
• Excellent communication skills
