BANK OPERATIONS MANAGER

An international financial institution is seeking a new colleague:

Bank Operations Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following areas:

• Managing the operations of the Bank Ensuring that all the operations are as per rules and regulations of the Bank
• Managing team under various operational divisions (account openings, SWIFT processing, MasterCard reporting)
• Ensuring that operations are accurate as per plan
• Studying and evaluating the reports of various operations
• Making presentations regarding operations of the Bank in management meetings
• Evaluating performance of staff
• Being involved in hiring new staff

Requirements: 

• Fluent in English (native English is an advantage)
• Excellent managerial skills
• Excellent knowledge about banking systems such as finance and accounting operations
• Excellent analytical and observation skills
• Experience in bank operations management
• Degree in finance, accounting or business management
• Willingness to work abroad for years
