For our multinational partner we are looking for new colleagues for the following role:

Assistant for Sales Operations

Sales Operations and Logistics Team

(Part Time position in 4 hours)

Tasks:

• support Sales Operations’ work in the administrative level,
• support ERP (Navision) testing,
• create and modify manuals and procedures related to Navision,
• support data processing in Navision,
• sales contract administration.

Requirements:

• experience in usage of ERP systems (Navision is an Advantage),
• MS Office knowledge,
• intermediate English,
• good communication skills,
• flexibility and the ability to cope with heavy workload,
• must be reliable, organized ,detail-oriented and able to multi-task,
• verbal and written communication skills in English.
