Job summary:

Administrative support of the affiliate sales team’s work, preparing the invoicing process, collecting monthly reports, preparing term-sheets, following the number of subscribers, smart card administration.

Monthly Reporting such as subscribers information, smart cards report, comparison reports, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collecting and following up the number of subscribers from the operators
  • Maintaining and administration of operators’ price structure
  • Continuous follow up of the number of subscribers  based on the contract with cable companies together with the Affiliate manager
  • Prepare the billing and database for finance
  • Preparing, registering, supervision contracts with cable companies
  • Evaluating the connections with cable companies together with Distribution
  • Handling and forwarding invoice claims of operators
  • Actively contribute to preparation of launching new cable channels
  • Preparing analysis for developing distribution strategies, evaluating the actual fulfilment together with the sales controller
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for Affiliate Sales Team/Affiliate Operations Team, Cash-collection related ad-hoc reports for OTC Team in GBS
  • Monthly invoice reconciliation together with finance/sales controller
  • Delivering S-Link Training and Education Sessions
  • Actively contribute to preparing affiliate revenue budget and estimate/actual, related calculations, analysis for the Sales Controlling
  • Delivering ad-hoc projects on a request upon Reporting Services Team in London
  • Making proposals for the marketing team, taking part at marketing/sales events


  • BSC level / College degree
  • Advanced English and French  (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to interpret deal term sheets and agreements
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PP,Outlook) and Internet browsers
