- Significantly improve efficiency of processes and quality of outputs by challenging current workflows and practices - Fully understand Purchase to Pay processes, assume ownership for the whole process in order to add significant value to core business - Improve MM/FI ratio, drive a culture change significantly improving the discipline of the actors in the P2P process - Promote proactive approach within the team and strive for resolutions; drive culture change within the team - Establish and maintain a good partnership with clients and other players in the P2P process - Review and revise internal controls and establish an internal control system that can be efficiently managed - Ensure that service levels are met - Participate in Group projects (ERP)
- Minimum 5 years experience in AP is a must - University/college degree in Economics - Fluent English language knowledge - Solid people management skills is an advantage - Process efficiency focus, experience in business process improvement projects - Excellent presentations skills - Can do attitude, result orientation - Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Navision/others)
