- Identify, engage, consult and close manufacturers, merchants or vendors on the benefits of featuring with EXE.
- Acquire new, and re-engage past partners across a spectrum of categories.
- Develop familiarity with each partner’s business, including but not limited to: products and/or services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model, and revenue and profit drivers.
- Understand and apply concepts of deal structure and strategy that are proven models for successful achievement of partner’s desired outcomes.
- 1+ year(s) of proven success in a sales environment. Experience on community sales is an extra.
- Experience selling various types of businesses, local merchants preferred.
- Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability, with evidence of personal results.
- A balance of coachability and confidence that makes people jealous at how great of a person you are.
- Comfortable in a competitive environment, with evidence of personal ambition to improve.
- Abnormally strong negotiation and consultation skills.
- Driving license. Car is an extra.
