Our multinational client is a EMEA-wide leader in a service sector being present in Hungary with a business support center providing IT customer services.
They are now looking for 1st LINE IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST for a long term cooperation.
- To escalate incidents where progress is not satisfactory
- To resolve Incidents / Requests remotely wherever possible
- Update customers on Incident / Request progression as and when required
- The ideal candidate has a strong command of French and English.
- We are looking for pro-active and dynamic analysts with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and
with the ability to handle fast moving and high-pressure customer facing environment.
- Other European languages (Spanish, Italian, German) are considered as a huge plus.
