Windows server support -Budapest (GyT)
This request is for getting an experienced support (Windows, / and may be + Unix+ Livelink) associate to be added to L2 team from our Hungary Office. As a part of
Livelink L2 team, the associate is required to support various applications along with the rest of the team.
Analyze and improve the performance of the application and support the releases.
•Proactively monitor the helpdesk ticketing system, the shared Knowledgelink support mailbox, and the internal company portal website for incoming Knowledgelink user support requests.
•Engages with end users as necessary to assist in troubleshooting of any Knowledgelink issues reported, using a variety of communication methods (email, instant messaging, phone, screen share, in person).
•Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
•Provides advice and instructional support to customer userbase regarding application usage and best practices.
•Escalate issues requiring additional attention to Knowledgelink senior support staff as
•Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Information Technology BSC or above
•2+ years of experience in Windows server support
•Windows server administration experience
•Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL + TSQL
•Some knowledge of Unix administration
•Fluent English language skills (oral and written)
•Good communication skill and client focus attitude
•Comfortable with Livelink (Link megjelenítése)
•Fluent French language knowledge
