On behalf of our well-known FMCG client, we are now looking for a Treasury Administrator colleague to join the company's Finance Team in the CEE regional commercial head office in Budapest.

On behalf of our well-known FMCG client, we are now looking for a Treasury Administrator colleague to join the company's Finance Team in the CEE regional commercial head office in Budapest.
Regardless of whether you have AP, AR, O2C or GL experience, this is a great opportunity for you! The Treasury Administrator is responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices; sorting, coding and matching invoices.

Other tasks are:

• Enter and upload invoices into system and get department approvals, book bank transactions
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in Hungarian
• Keep contact with the Treasury HQ in English
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Assist in month end closing and prepare month end account reconciliation

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment
• Good command of English
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
