The role does not require any travelling (excluding requirements to travel in order to attend training courses) and will be permanently based at the More London office. Key skills required:

About the role
The Market Value Direct team is part of the Valuation practice. It provides financial instrument valuation services internally within PwC as well as dealing directly with clients. The MVD team values instruments from liquid traded shares and bonds through to complicated derivatives. The London team is the hub for PwC's Central Cluster, and works closely with a hub in New Zealand (NZ) which services the Eastern Cluster.
This role will see the candidate acting as a team coordinator within the London based team but working with other offices in the UK and elsewhere in the central cluster. It will offer the opportunity to work in a fast paced business alongside a team which has grown significantly over the past 6 months and is forecast to continue to grow, both in size and new areas of work.
Primarily reporting into the managers in the team, the successful applicant will be working closely with the Team, focusing on delivering project, administrative, research and business development support.
The successful candidate will have a high degree of autonomy, using their organisational ability and initiative in completion of tasks. Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the workflow tool, coordinating between practice staff, Service Delivery Centre (SDC) and client teams • Managing the day to day allocation of work between assigned resources • Organising meetings within the UK team and with the NZ team • Co-ordinating the marketing effort in the UK and across the central cluster, including logging and tracking team actions • Co-ordinating team and external training sessions, including MVD portal training • Assisting the team with research • Maintaining the client facing internal social media page • Managing the MVD support mailbox • Taking ownership for billing and finance requirements including monthly billing and reconciliation of internal accounts both centrally and overseas • Dealing with other ad-hoc day to day admin support for the MVD team

• A good analytical mind with an attention to detail • Well organised and able to prioritise workload • Proactive and ability to work without direct supervision • Numeracy and strong English language skills • Be able to deal with all levels of staff in a straightforward and professional manner • Good working knowledge of Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to maximise the effectiveness of delivery • Able to establish, build and maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues
