The Technology Transformation Leader (TTL) is a senior technology role which will work directly with groups and teams within the business that are undergoing transformation or strategic change. This role requires not only a solid understanding of technology and innovation but also how technology can support and drive change within the business. The role holder will be expected to work alongside senior business stakeholders as well as other TTLs in the Technology Transformation Team (TTT) and Technology Service Leaders (TSL) in Service Delivery.
About the role

• Bring technology insight to areas of the business that are undergoing transformation or strategic change, ensuring that the latest IT technologies and solutions are being implemented into the business as part of their transformation. Pro-actively identifying technology solutions that may be applicable to the business to set PwC apart from the competition • Able to build and maintain relationships with senior people within the business who are key strategic and transformation stakeholders. • Support business transformation by directing IT initiatives through the following channels: • o Innovation. Work with the CTO innovation team to bring new technology insight to the business but also to initiate new proof of concepts and prototypes as part of any business change.
o Response Project. Direct the response team to quickly stand up initial project activities to produce high level designs or tactical solutions before handing over to the delivery function.
o Standard project or service request. Work with the TSL to drive work through standard delivery channels.
o Resource augmentation. Advise and influence the business when it engages direct resources outside of formal IT channels.

• Work with fellow Technology Transformation Leaders and Technology Service Leaders to share knowledge and prioritise activities. • Ensure IT has a good understanding of how areas of the business are undergoing change and the implications for IT. • Ensure that the latest IT thinking and solutions being implemented into the business as part of their transformation are also considered for adoption by UK IT where appropriate. • Work towards driving transformation with the business by pro-actively identifying technology solutions that may be applicable to the business to set PwC apart from the competition. • Working closely with Strategy and Planning, using business understanding to inform, drive and shape IT strategy.


• Education Level: Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BSc) preferred or equivalent experience • Broad and extensive knowledge of Technology, IT trends and innovation. • Ability to understand business strategy and direction. Able to articulate and identify how IT can support this. • Ability to build sustained and valuable relationships with senior business stakeholders. • Ability to influence senior business stakeholders • Ability to identify opportunities for IT to improves the business as part of strategic change • Ability to oversee, direct and where needed drive a range of IT initiatives that support the transformation of the business. • Ability to represent the customer into IT. • Ability to work collaboratively with other parts of the IT organisation • Ability to contribute to thought leadership around the latest IT trends and direction • Ability to direct and lead virtual teams from across the IT organisation in driving change for the business • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with and present to a variety of senior-level executives, both internal and external to the company. • ~
