Responsible for detailed project definition and management (using T-Systems standard project management tools and methodology.
To undertake assigned project management responsibilities for one or more solutions and services projects, providing an effective coordination and technical management to Project Manager (if any), partners and suppliers. Ensure the achievement of agreed objectives whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and manage assigned project deliverables from beginning to the ends
Determine project deviations and recommend mitigations.
Develop strategic projects planning, justifications and explanation on projects deviations and contingency plans
Develop and deliver project progress reports, proposals and other appropriate documentations
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve projects deliverables
Recommend changes on budget, resources requirements, scopes and timeline
Accountable for a successful implementation of the assigned projects / tasks
Resolves issues and risks within projects
Identify issues resolutions and actions to meet project timelines and budget
Perform periodic meetings with customers and stakeholders in clear and concise manners .
Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Execute projects based on T-Systems Project Management Methodology & compliance
Work closely with customers to understand business requirements for the projects
Participate in senior management project meetings with T-Systems Management Team and Customers Management Team when required.
Assist Project Manager in the facilitation of an effective communications on project updates, risks and issues to T-Systems and customers.
Min Degree/ Higher Diploma/ MSc in IT related fields
Min of 5 year working experience, with at least 1 year working experience in Project Management environment within complex IT projects in an IT supplier, end-user or IT consultancy services company
Proven ability to lead and co-ordinate multi-skilled teams, including customer, third party, and T-Systems people
