We’re looking for experienced candidates for a


role in Munich, who has B2B software sales experience as well as experience in a leadership role of a direct sales team. Our partner is one of the fastest-growing Start-ups in Germany, who offer a holistic HR Management, Recruiting and Payroll software designed for companies. They are a bunch of fun, international people striving to build the leading one-stop HR platform in Europe.

About the role:

  • Recruiting, leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives (up to 8 direct reports)
  • Building up a strong direct sales culture aiming to convert leads into customers and coaching the Account Executives through deal closings
  • Continuous achievement of the sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Data-driven analysis of the processes to optimise conversion rates and further KPIs
  • Developing and rolling-out lead generation strategies for the middle and upper middle market
  • Close collaboration with the Sales Manager, the Inbound Sales, Sales Development and Marketing team
  • Representing the company on events/fairs and at customer meetings

About you:


  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience of B2B software products incl. deal closing
  • At least 1 years of leadership experience of a sales team in a B2B software, SaaS or cloud environment
  • Ability to conduct accurate forecasting and a proven track record
  • Good understanding of software sales processes and experience with models such as MEDDIC,SPIN or Challenger Sales
  • Analytical approach and very good knowledge in the use of CRM systems such as Salesforce


  • Energetic, driven and focused on achieving a great performance with the team and a great collaboration with the other departments
  • Customer and solution oriented with the ability to communicate transparently, assertively and directly on all hierarchy levels
  • Native speaker level in German and business fluent in English
