Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for a talent partner. The role is based in London and in the HO and you will be supporting the attraction and selection for Head Office functions.
Our client is a brand that is bucking the trend on the high street. This retailer focuses on delivering great value and service to its customers. If you are currently in an in house role with a track record of talent pooling, who is working in the retail sector and a network and passion for recruiting across HO functions we are keen to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who has a can do approach, thrives on utilising their resourcing skills and working and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You will:
Own the attraction and selection gf HO positions
Support the Senior team and help offer guidance and direction of candidate pools
You will be talent pooling through Soical media, job boards and managing external stakeholder processes.
Be part of a small team in HR that helps promote the EVP. Whats on offer;
The salary on offer is a base of £45,000 plus benefits.BBBH15963
