SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGER
Salary circa £18000 plus bonus scheme
We are looking to appoint a manager to oversee a supported living service currently supporting 3 individuals in a house. There are plans to create a separate 2 bed flat for which the person appointed will be responsible.
The post requires someone with an aptitude for guiding and coaching staff teams with particular emphasis on individualised care/support approaches. An essential part of the role will be to establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, whilst developing the service to meet local needs.
The applicant will be registered with, or in a position to register with the Care Quality Commission prior to commencing in this post. After a successful probationary period of six months, the successful applicant will be eligible to be enrolled on the companies Home Managers Bonus Scheme. This position is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. The cost will be paid by the employer.
