Our client is the world's leading company in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Their Budapest based Shared Services Centre is currently looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader with excellent people management skills and experience in logistic processes.


- Being responsible for the order management or delivery management team
- People and team management:
- Manage team workload
- Take active part in the hiring processes
- Supervise and functionally manage daily team performance
- Setting development goals for the individuals
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Organise regular team communications and meetings
- Take active part in mentoring the team members
- Manage training employees
- Achieve the team’s service goals

- Implement projects to achieve improved efficiencies and operating effectiveness
- Act as first line escalation for issues arising, proactively managing customer expectations.
- Managing customer complaints, through the complaint management procedure in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities on a daily basis to support what is best for the team and the department.


- At least 1 year experience as Team Leader in the SSC/BSC sector is a MUST
- Excellent English skills
- Deep understanding of customer service and logistic processes (order management or delivery management
- Excellent people management skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Ability to liaise with staff in all parts of the organisation and at all levels.
- To be able to improve working efficiency through good working relationships and to extract the best from others.
- Effective written and oral communication. Ability to voice disagreement without creating conflict.
- Displaying professionalism
- Knowledge of SAP
