Specialty BU Sales Manager
The Specialty BU Sales Manager will be responsible to manage the job of 10 people and to reach the target of the Business Unit.

Position Purpose of the Specialty BU Sales Manager
  • Planning and implementing the pricing strategy of the hospital sold products of the company. 
  • Optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth for the hospital sold portfolio in short and long term. 
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and organisational objectives through effective leadership and implementation of the Operational Sales plans. 
  • To manage and evolve the sales capability and processes to meet the needs of a changing customer base in a highly competitive environment.

Major Accountabilities of the Specialty BU Sales Manager
  • Relationship management
  • With the wholesalers
  • With the decision makers in the hospitals
  • With other departments of the company in order to maximize the sales in hospitals
  • Drive for Operational Excellence
  • Create the proper follow up of the tenders and the special prices – ensure the punctual data in price tracker
  • Ensuring the on time communication with the wholesalers and the decision makers in hospitals
  • Monitor our price strategy and tactics, and modify it with the Head of SBU
  • Sales management rolet
  • To deliver regional sales target and market share growth of promoted products through effective leadership of her team.
  • To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets as set out in the target.
  • To implement effectively and with minimum disruption the agreed sales force organisation strategy.
  • To take part in developing the annual sales plan and to set individual sales targets for team members by breaking down the regional sales target.
  • To manage the sales plan’s and marketing programmes’ accurate implementation, follow up, evaluation and to ensure that the team understands key marketing critical success factors and accommodates these as appropriate in their Operational Sales plans.
  • To lead, motivate and develop the members of regional sales team in order to deliver performance expectations.
  • To monitor progress vs plan, redirecting as appropriate sales force focus to deliver required results.
  • To be responsible for setting performance management objectives for direct reports, ensuring there is a robust performance review process in place for the sales force, in order to create a highly motivated and capable team.
  • Responsible for training and personal development of the regional sales team in terms of coaching and counselling through regular field visits. Working in conjunction with Human Resources department.
  • To manage recruitment, performance, development and retention of sales representatives through application of high quality processes, working in conjunction with Human Resources department.
  • To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and have clear understanding on key products regarding tech

Minimum requirements of the Specialty BU Sales Manager
  • University degree in Science, Marketing or Business
  • English at a solid user’s level, with business language supplement
  • native Hungarian knowledge
  • 5+ years’ hospital/tender management experience
  • Experience in managing KAMs
  • Experience in sales and people management are of advantage
