SPANISH SPEAKING SUPPORT ANALYST
to the fields of Help Desk – Technical Support.
Fresh graduates are preferred, but diploma not a requirement!
Your tasks will be the followings:
- Providing IT support for Spanish speaking users via telephone and e-mail – keep in touch with clients in Spanish;
- Solving IT problems and requests – mainly in line with Windows, FTP, NET and XML;
- Handling tickets from the emerge to problem solving;
- Analyzing problems and allocating them if it is needed.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- Fluent Spanish language knowledge is required;
- English language knowledge is welcomed but not a requirement;
- Knowledge of Windows, FTP, .NET and XML;
- Education or experience in a relevant fields;
- Openness for new knowledge;
- Proactive and motivated personality;
- Demanding working style, attention to details;
- Customer-oriented approach and behaviour.
