Software Support Specialist with SQL
Your new company
Our partner is a multinational IT company, which is the member of a delivery world-wide group. They provide software development and application support service for their partners in more than 15 countries. We are looking for new members with SQL knowledge in Software Support Specialists team. The company’s office is based in Budapest, in 14th district.
Your new responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Software Support Specialist are:
- Supporting the unique, self-developed software
- Supporting the experienced developers and participating in development processes
- Handling the Helpdesk system’s notifications with JIRA ticketing systems
- Supporting users both domestically and abroad too
- Updating and maintaining the Knowledge Base
- Daily contact with other divisions
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years working experience as IT Helpdesk, IT Support or similar positions with Windows based systems
- Basic Linux and SQL knowledge
- Background knowledge/ work experience for using JIRA ticketing systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Intermediate level) and Hungarian (fluent), too
- Customer oriented personality
- Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
Advantage if you can start in your new position as soon as possible or you have basic PHP, Java, script writing knowledge.
